Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your relationship with White Star B.V., operating the online gambling website bigboost-ca.com under the brand "Bigboost" for users located in Canada (excluding Ontario). By creating an account, accessing, or using the services (the "Services") of Bigboost, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Services. These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and replace any prior versions applicable to Canadian players (excluding Ontario).

  • Payment Processor: Any third-party entity engaged by the Operator, including the Cyprus branch of White Star B.V., to process deposits, withdrawals, and other payment transactions for Players.
  • Chargeback: A reversal of a card or payment transaction initiated by a Player with their bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
  • Abuse or Fraud: Any act or attempted act that is dishonest, illegal, or in bad faith, including but not limited to bonus abuse, chargeback fraud, identity theft, use of bots or automated tools, collusion, or manipulation of games or promotions.

Account Registration

Eligibility and Age Verification

  • Minimum age: To open an Account with Bigboost, you must be at least 18 years old and have reached the legal age for gambling in your province or territory of residence in Canada (excluding Ontario). Where the local age is higher than 18, that higher age applies.
  • Location: You must be physically located in Canada (excluding Ontario) at the time of placing Bets. Use of VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise or misrepresent your location is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
  • Single account: You may hold only one Account with Bigboost. Creation or use of multiple Accounts (duplicate accounts) is prohibited.

Registration Process

  1. Account creation:
    • Provide accurate and complete information, including full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, address, email address, mobile number, and preferred currency (CAD).
    • Confirm that you are acting on your own behalf and not for any third party.
    • Agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Bonus Terms, and Responsible Gaming Policy, as available on bigboost-ca.com.
  2. Email and contact verification:
    • You must validate your email address by following the verification link sent to you by bigboost-ca.com.
    • The Operator may also require SMS or phone verification where available.
  3. KYC and ongoing verification:

User Obligations

  • Accuracy of data: You must ensure that all information provided during registration and throughout your relationship with Bigboost is true, complete, and up to date. You must promptly notify [email protected] of any changes.
  • Password and account security:
    • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your Account.
    • You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any other person to use your Account.
    • You must immediately notify the Operator if you suspect that your Account has been compromised.
  • Prohibited users:
    • Residents or persons physically located in Restricted Jurisdictions, including Ontario, the USA, and the UK, must not register or use the Services.
    • Individuals listed on self-exclusion registers or who have requested self-exclusion with Bigboost must not open or use an Account during the exclusion period.
  • Tax obligations: You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes or similar charges applicable to your winnings under the laws of your province/territory and country of residence.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Betting Rules

  • Game rules: Each game offered on bigboost-ca.com is governed by its own specific rules, paytables, and return-to-player (RTP) information provided within the game interface. In case of discrepancy between these Terms and in-game rules, the in-game rules prevail for gameplay outcomes.
  • Minimum and maximum Bets:
    • Each game specifies minimum and maximum Bet amounts. You may not place Bets outside of these ranges.
    • The Operator may impose additional Account-level Bet limits for risk management, compliance, or responsible gaming reasons.
  • Bet confirmation: A Bet is deemed accepted when it is registered on the Operator's servers and reflected in the game history. Once accepted, a Bet cannot generally be cancelled by the Player.
  • Currency: For Canadian users, Bets are normally placed in CAD unless otherwise specified. Currency conversions, where necessary, are performed at prevailing rates applied by the Payment Processor and/or the Operator.

Placing, Modifying, and Cancelling Bets

  1. Placing Bets:
    • You may place Bets only from your Account balance (real money or bonus funds as permitted by a promotion).

  2. Modification:

  • Consequences:

General Bonus Conditions

In case of conflict, promotion-specific rules prevail, followed by the Bonus Terms, then these Terms.
  • Eligibility:
    • Bonuses are intended for recreational Players only and may be limited to specific regions, payment methods, or user segments.
    • The Operator reserves the right to withhold or withdraw any Bonus where misuse or abuse is suspected.

Bonus Activation and Wagering

  1. Activation:

  2. Wagering requirements:

Combining Promotions and Bonus Management

  • Limits and fees:
    • Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier for each method.
    • The Operator does not generally charge deposit fees, but your bank or Payment Processor may apply its own fees or currency conversion charges.
  • Use of funds:
    • You must deposit only from payment methods held in your own name.
    • The Operator is not a financial institution and does not provide interest on Account balances.

Withdrawals

  1. Withdrawal methods and processing:
    • Withdrawals are, where possible, processed back to the same method used for deposit, subject to technical and regulatory constraints.
    • If a method does not support withdrawals, you may be asked to select an alternative method, subject to additional verification.

  • Anti-money laundering:

    • Unusual or suspicious activity may result in reporting to competent authorities, freezing of funds, or Account closure.

Limitation of Liability

Operator's Obligations

  • Fairness and integrity:

  • Availability and accuracy:

      • In the case of an error relating to your Balance, the amount of funds that were subject to the incorrect transaction.
    • The Operator is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
  • Legal exceptions: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability which cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of Content and Software

  • Operator and licensors:

Changes to Terms

Modification and Notification

Termination & Suspension

Operator's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

  • Grounds for suspension/closure:
    • The Operator may suspend or close your Account, withhold funds, or restrict your access in whole or in part where:
      • You breach or are reasonably suspected of breaching these Terms, the Bonus Terms, or any applicable policies.
      • You provide false, misleading, or incomplete information, or fail to complete KYC checks.
      • There is suspicion of fraud, collusion, money laundering, chargeback, or other unlawful activity.

  • Consequences:

Refunding of Funds on Termination

    • Upon closure of your Account (other than for serious breach, fraud, or legal constraints), the Operator will return to you any remaining real money Balance, subject to:

      • Deduction of any fees, chargebacks, or amounts legitimately owed to the Operator.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Applicable Law

Dispute Resolution

    • Subject to any mandatory local law rights and any applicable alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Curaçao.
